Every transformation at Chem-X is a tailored, science-driven experience grounded in my 17 years of technical expertise. While I lead the vision for every guest, my role as a Milbon Educator frequently takes me across the country to educate stylists and salon owners.

To ensure my guests always receive seamless, high-performance care, I have hand-selected and mentored a core team of 2 independent stylists- Sydnee and Ensley. These trusted professionals operate their own businesses within our collaborative space and work in direct alignment with my technical formulas.

• Expert Oversight: I oversee the artistic direction and chemistry for every guest.
   

• The Technical Team: My mentees provide the extra set of hands that maintain the "Chem-X Standard" during my travel periods.
   

• Seamless Transition: Recommendations for maintenance are made only after a personal consultation to ensure your goals remain the priority.
